Information collected
The inquiry form may collect your name, email address, company or studio, project type, budget range, target deadline, reference link and the project brief you choose to submit.
How it is used
PAFX uses this information to review the inquiry, understand the requested work and respond about a possible project or collaboration. Submitting the form does not create a contract.
Storage and access
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website database and are available to authorized PAFX administrators. The website does not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
Abuse prevention
The form uses a hidden honeypot, duplicate-submission protection and a short rate limit based on the submitted email address. These controls are used only to protect the inquiry service.
Your request
You may ask PAFX to review or anonymize information you submitted. Use the contact form and identify the inquiry concerned.
Retention
PAFX has not yet published a fixed retention period. Until that period is approved, authorized administrators must review stored inquiries manually and anonymize records that are no longer needed.
